Coaching and mentoring skills can be used every day to improve performance, whether it’s to shape the careers of talented individuals, encouraging innovative ideas and new perspectives, or simply build resilience in preparation for the challenges ahead.

DMSF strives to be the gold standard for coaching best practice and we were delighted to award eight of our young people with their NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Sport (Sports Coaching), after completing the required hours of study.

This qualification will give our young people the introductory skills needed to either start a career in sport or progress within employment in the sector. They demonstrated enthusiasm and a commitment to study, and we are so proud of each and every one of them.

“Diane Modahl Sports Foundation means a lot to me because I come here in my free time. I enjoy what I do, playing football, basketball and all sorts of multi sports. It impacts me in a lot of ways, I have recently done my Sports Leadership Level 2. It’s helping towards my future, towards coaching and volunteering”.  Hassan
