Best Sporting Achievement

I raced all over the UK for Sale Harriers Athletics Club and Wright Robinson School competing in County and National competitions. I ran in 3 English Schools Cross Country Championships between 1995-1997 and 1 Track and Field Championships in 1997 for Greater Manchester.  In 1997 I was part of the Greater Manchester Team that won the English Schools overall finishing in 12th Place


Proudest Sporting Moment

In 1998 I completed my first coaching badge in Athletics Level 1, Level 2 in 2001 and have coached for Sale Harriers Since 2001. I completed my UKA Level 3 Endurance in September 2010 and have coached athletes who have achieved English Schools Standards in 400m, 800m and Shot Put in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 English Schools Championships.

In 2009 and 2011 I coached two athletes who achieved their first England vests. 


I coach disabled athletes who have achieved National standards and some have also achieved National Records.
