Reside Manchester, an award winning independent residential specialist have chosen DMSF as their charity of the year.

Reside Manchester is based on Deansgate in the heart of Manchester City Centre, offering independent honest advice to all their clients, covering new homes, lettings, property management and build to rent.

Reside chose to partner with DMSF as we were looking to work alongside someone who could make a difference to the young people of Manchester. We want to help introduce the world of property to as many young people as possible and show that there is a career path within property, without the requirement for a degree or professional qualifications, which may not be widely known to many young people in our community. We want to help to make sure all children have access to sport, education and opportunity.

Anthony Stankard

Managing Director, Reside Manchester

The team have pledged to undertake a range of festive fundraising activities all in aid of DMSF including an ex-display furniture auction, a festive bake-off, Secret Santa, and donations from December house completions.

Anthony continues: “We will hopefully SMASH our target of £1,000 for Christmas.” At the time of writing, the team have hit their target of £1,000 which is an amazing accomplishment.

We are delighted to be chosen as Reside Manchester’s official charity partner. This amazing opportunity will ensure we can continue to put young people at the heart of what we do by removing barriers to their aspirations, supporting them to make effective transitions into school, into college or into the workplace. Most importantly this support will help us to support more young people to realise their potential.

You smashed your target and we’re delighted that £1,000 will feed 150 children every Friday for 10-weeks. We are looking forward to inviting you to meet our team and some of our young people in the New Year.

Thank you for your support, we’re excited to be working together in 2022.
